The Village of Walden Finance Department has announced adjusted hours and critical deadlines for the 2026 village tax collection. Please review the schedule below to ensure your payment is processed on time.
? Extended Office Hours
To accommodate residents, the Finance Department located at One Municipal Square, Walden NY 12586 3rd floor, will remain open until 6:00 PM on the following days:
- Wednesday, October 28, 2026
- Thursday, October 29, 2026
?? CRITICAL DEADLINE
- Final Payment Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026 (payments will be accepted in the drop box located outside of village hall, and the finance department on the 3rd floor)
- Important Notice: The village will NOT be able to accept payments for the 2026 village of Walden tax after this date.
